Felicia's 3rd Challenge: Cut the Complaining

Cut the Complaining. “If you don’t have anything good to say, don’t say anything at all.”

Several weeks before we introduced this “super-power” on the podcast, Gael and I agreed to test it out as a challenge ahead of time. At the time, my focus was on not complaining to or about other people or things. However, paying attention to that as well as being more intentional about meditation and not using electronics as much alerted me to other complaining going on – that about me from myself.


At any rate, I had a much harder time documenting and writing about my internal dialogue – perhaps a little too personal? Anyway, I learned a lot from the first version of the challenge and want to share it even if it happened a few weeks ago. I hope it is as eye-opening to you as it was to me!
