I came home from running last night and found myself zoning out in front of the computer, scrolling Facebook. Not an auspicious start. So I decided to go to bed early, cut off my electronics at 10 PM (bedtime can be as late as 1 am or later, so this is really early for me) and I read a book (with actual pages!) for an hour. I could have gone on longer, but I was sleepy so I stopped.
Initial results: I fell asleep without issue and woke up around 6 AM without an alarm. Didn’t get up until about 7:15 but that is a different story.
